๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

At Frontbit Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our services (web design, software development, and consulting), refunds are governed under specific conditions outlined below.

  1. Non-Tangible Services:
    Our services are not physical goods and are delivered digitally, often with instant or progressive delivery. As such, they are not eligible for return like tangible products.

  2. Milestone-Based Execution:
    All projects are executed under agreed-upon milestones and detailed scope documentation. Each milestone represents a portion of work completed.

    ๐Ÿ‘‰ Refunds are not applicable for work already completed and approved under any milestone.

  3. Mutual Termination:
    In the event of mutual project termination:

  • You will receive all work completed till the termination date.
  • Any advance paid for undelivered future phases will be refunded after adjustment.
  1. Early Withdrawal (within 48 hours):
    If you decide to cancel the project within 48 hours of initiation and no major work has been started, you are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the resources already committed. (If a refund is initiated, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.)

  2. Special Promotional Offers:
    Projects/services booked under discounted or promotional offers are non-refundable.

  3. Time & Material / Dedicated Developer Services:
    These are non-refundable, as billing is based on hourly/monthly resource allocation.


โŒ Cancellation Policy

  1. Formal Cancellation Request:
    All cancellations must be formally submitted via email to our Project Management Office (PMO) at:

    Cancellation is not considered valid without written confirmation from our team.

  2. Processing Time:
    Please allow up to 14 business days for cancellation processing.

  3. SLA Agreement Binding:
    Cancellations are subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at project initiation.

  4. Beta Stage Restriction:
    Once a project reaches Beta Delivery, it is deemed delivered and cannot be canceled.

  5. Payment Obligations:
    In case of a mutually agreed cancellation:

  • You are liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • All project assets (code, designs, documentation) will be handed over only after full payment clearance.
